Agreement to These Terms

Welcome to Quick Calcs ("Quick Calcs," "we," "us," or "our"), operated at quickcalcss.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, calculators, content, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY RESULT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC SITUATION.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QUICK CALCS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (WHICH IS ZERO FOR FREE USE).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quick Calcs and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, analytics, or advertising (for example, Google Analytics or Google AdSense). Those third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

Changes to the Services or Terms

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
